High-pressure valves
A batch of high-pressure valves was manufactured and shipped by Altai Machine-Building Company for the technical upgrade of a branch of JSC TGC-16. To replace the existing boiler and main steam pipeline valves at the modernized combined heat and power plant, JSC AMK manufactured the following:
- shut-off valves — DN 100-300 gate valves with an operating temperature of 560°C, shut-off valves 589-10-0, 588-10-0, and others;
- control valves — 1031-20-0 valves;
- safety valves - main safety valve as part of the IPU DN 150/200, PP 13.73 MPa, Tr 560°C 392-175/95-0g, pulse valves as part of the IPU (assembled with an electromagnetic actuator, on a frame) DN 20 Tr up to 560°C, series 586.
Over 200 units of power valves were manufactured for this supply.
