Electric drive of other producers
Electric drives are used for:
- Remote control of the pipeline elements from the control panel (e.g. by means of push buttons);
- Manual control of the pipeline elements by means of the handwheel;
- Automatic shutdown of the motor at the extreme positions of the stop valve;
- Automatic shutdown of the stop valve in case of excess torque of the electric drive train;
- Remote LED indication of the extreme positions of the throttle valve;
- Remote indication of the stop valve position, if the sensor is available;
- Electric lockout of the electric drive and operation of other devices and assemblies;
- Local indication of the stop valve position.
Electric drives must be located in tself-ventilated rooms with access to setting, inspection, maintenance, assembly and disassembly operations. Limit environmental parameters: RH less than 80% (at t=+20°С), t=+70°С, elevation less than 1 000m, non-explosive atmosphere.
