Сreated a new steem-desuperheating valve

Design Department of JSC "AMK" completed the implementation of thermal-hydraulic calculation, strength calculation and development of working documentation of the new throttle-cooling valve 6s-AMK.LRV.RSC.150/400. This valve is used to complete the PRDS (Pressure-Redusing Desuperheating Station) with P1/P2 = 4,0/0,22 MPa, T1/T2 = 440/135 oC. In the valve provided for a 5-speed throttling, the injection is carried out in the area of throttle. 6s-AMK.LRV.RSC.150/400 has a compact design, a number of design measures to exclude heating of the built-in electric drive. The new valve is equipped with an adapter sleeve for connecting the valve stem and the actuator, made with a tolerance of 0.05 mm - this ensures the elimination of backlash in the joint and the accuracy of regulation.
