Gate valves for 10 MPa and DN 200-300

A batch of medium-duty power valves was manufactured and delivered to a thermal power plant in the Rostov region.

For this order, Altai Machine-Building Company manufactured wedge power valves with electric and manual operation, with a bevel/helical gearbox:

- amk.LVG.250.100.450.E;

- amk.LVG.200.100.450.E;

- amk.LVG.200.100.450.KZ;

- amk.LVG.250.100.450.KZ;

- amk.LVG.300.100.450.KZ.

The supplied equipment is designed for a nominal pressure of PN 10.0 MPa (100 kgf/cm²) at a process fluid (water, steam) operating temperature of up to 450°C. All product connections are welded, ensuring the required tightness and sealing of connections under short-term, intermittent loads. All drive versions are supplied complete with actuators. The valves have successfully passed incoming tests and have been installed on site.
