Pressure-Reducing Desuperheating Stations 100 t/hr

A contract is entered to manufacture two Pressure-Reducing Desuperheating Stations with unit capacity of 100 tons per hour for steam parameters P1/P2=13,0 (13,75) for 3,9 МPа, Т1/Т2=545/4000С. A wide regulation range (5-100%) is secured in the given settings. The main steam valve is equipped with pressure- balanced valve. This allows to increase the regulating body resource and to reduce the electric drive power. The stations will be equipped with monitoring instrumentation and control cabinet.
