The foundry bay set up

The process of casting is performed by using the technology of electro slag remelting. The above-mentioned process allows getting a metal of the highest quality, purified from impurities, with a low content of sulfur and phosphorus. The process of casting and crystallization is performed by using the centrifugal technology which allows getting a casting of high wear resistance and metal density without any internal and external faults, holes, non-metallic admixtures and slag. Such kind of castings is not inferior to the stamped metal by their quality and properties. Nowadays we meet the needs of our enterprise in the castings of high-pressure valves of the conditioned passage from 80 to 225 mm by our own foundry production.
