Valve 6c-AMK.LRV.RSC is out of production.

New throttle-cooling valve for a high parameters 6c-АМК.LRV.RSC.100/150.140’.41(58).1(94).Э Dn100/150 Рр140 Т560 С is included in thr  pressure-reducing and desuperheating station capacity 40 t/h, Р1/P2=14,0/3,5 MPa, Т1/Т2=560/400 C, Pi=5,5 MPa, Тi=160 С.

This valve has a number of advantages:

1. The multi-stage throttling valve with reduced noise characteristics;

2. The regulator has zero unregulated leaks;

3. The spool is protected from jamming (even in contaminated environments);

4. The injection of cooling water takes place in the throttling zone, which significantly improves the quality of the spray compared to injection through nozzles, improves the quality of temperature control with changes in performance;

5. The valve provides an effective multistage system to prevent overheating of the electric drive from the pipeline;

6. The spool and seat of steel 18CR10NITI 12 with cladding TSN-6L increase the hardness and wear resistance.
